A Little about our Resort
Living in an over 50’s Lifestyle Resort is distinct from living out in a residential suburb. Our Resort consists of 200 plus homes and potentially 400 plus residents. This situation represents a new dynamic and experience for many residents and may require some adjustments to be made.
The majority of folks living in a community such as ours are either retired or semi-retired and simply want to enjoy their life with those around them who have a similar lifestyle philosophy.
Nestled in a serene and picturesque setting, these individual villas boast spacious and open plan living areas that seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and entertainment.

Our Difference
Despite the various ownership structures and names used, the key difference between over 50's communities and retirement villages are with the loan, licence or lease arrangement. For over 50's communities, the agreement is over the land. In retirement villages the agreement is over the building. In our Resort you own the building and pay a small management fee for the upkeep of all facilities and grounds.
There certainly is something here to enjoy for everyone. Life can now feel like one long holiday.
