Gemlife Pacific Paradise Homeowners Association:
- This group consists of up to 7 elected members whose prime responsibility is to maintain a close working relationship with the Park Owners, their local on-site Managers and Residents.
- The elected committee is simply the management group of the Association whose role is to ensure that any issues or concerns relating to the Resort are handled in a professional and businesslike manner.
- A secondary, but no less important role, is to facilitate the formation and oversight of Interest/Activity Groups to cater for social functions and events and activities.
- Their goal is to enable residents to have the opportunity to participate in a vibrant, active, enjoyable and productive lifestyle.
